All items shown on the website are in stock. However, putting an item in your shopping basket does not reserve it for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept special requests on orders at this time.

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.
fait a main PARIS is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the boutique. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it.
If you paid by debit card or PayPal, payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination of your order. All shipments are processed by EMS or SF express. For a shipping cost, see our shipping information section.
We are unfortunately unable to calculate the taxes and import duties for your country at the moment. The orders are being shipped on a DDUP (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be excluded in the product price.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of fait a main PARIS or on http://www.hongkongpost.hk/eng/index.htm or http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/ by inserting the tracking number supplied
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the service you have selected. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.
Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
If a cancellation is made before the order is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method, depending on whether we already took payment from your account or not.
